Excluded children and young people
The framework can help provide education for children and young people outside of school.
Providers can, at any time, apply to enter the framework.

Being placed on the framework does not guarantee schools will commission your services.
Providers will be subject to the 11-19 collaborative protocols.
Both parties are also required to have a service level agreement in place for each pupil placed.
