The NHS health check is an opportunity to visit the doctor to receive and health check.

The check will involve physical heart checks and questions about lifestyle choices.

Anyone in England aged 40 to 74 without an existing vascular condition is entitled to an NHS Health Check.

You will be invited for an NHS Health Check every five years.
