The product presents a risk of electric shock as there is inadequate protection from accessing live parts. Under fault conditions, the poor earthing could fail and cause the product to become live, giving the user an electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
