This product presents a serious risk of choking as the collars of the pens are easily detachable when unscrewed from the main shaft. A young child may be at risk of placing the collars of the pens in their mouth and choking. Additionally, pieces of the foam shapes present a risk of choking due to the weakness in the tension of the foam.
The plastic packaging that accompanies the toys presents a potential asphyxiation hazard due to its thin structure.
This product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
