Hazard
The product presents a high risk of injuries as the blade cover is not properly secured. The cover could become detached during handling and transportation of the product, causing the user to be exposed to the blade. Improvements are required to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
