Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as the buttons that can fit entirely inside of a small parts cylinder were found to be easily detachable. Over time, if the buttons become loose and detach, the child seated in the chair may mouth or swallow the buttons which could cause them to choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
