The product is a black LED ceiling mounting light. The LED lights are arranged in an overlapping two broken circle design.

Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the light fitting's instructions are not in English as required. This means it is unlikely the light will be installed correctly. If not earthed correctly, a surge in current could cause a fault and give the consumer an electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
