Affected products were supplied in the United Kingdom between January 2023 and January 2024 (F6 Extra S3 range) and September 2023 - January 2024 (R700 S3 range).
Hazard
The product presents a risk as it is possible for the connecting rotator screw component in some cylinder locks within the affected models to loosen within the cylinder during use. This could cause the lock to fail and could result in the lock not functioning from the inside of the door to which it is attached, although it will still function from the outside of the door. This contributes towards a potential fire safety hazard.
The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation 305/2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Iseo will issue communications to UK consumers of affected products with further information.
