Liberty fabric dummy clip with plastic fastener
Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as the detachable garment fastener is a small part and, if placed in a young child's mouth, could cause them to choke. Additionally, the clip's cord exceeds the maximum permissible length, presenting a risk of strangulation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Owners should stop using the product immediately and keep it out of the reach of children.
The seller has made direct contact with purchasers of the product and removed the listing from sale.
