Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as it is inadequately earthed. Under fault conditions, the product could overheat and ignite. Additionally, the plug pins are too close to the edge of the plug face, presenting an electric shock hazard. Required markings, labelling and documentation are missing.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
