A mask and snorkel set in two colours packaged in clear plastic wrapping

Palmax 

Hazard
The product presents a serious chemical risk as the snorkel mouthpiece contains 210000 mg/kg of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), which exceeds the maximum permitted level of <1000 mg/kg. Phthalates may harm the health of children, possibly causing damage to the reproductive system or unborn child.

The product does not meet the requirements of the REACH Enforcement Regulations 2008 or the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The product has been withdrawn from the market and recalled.

Affected consumers are advised to return the mask to their place of purchase for a full refund.
