The item is a soft stuffed toy in the form of a rag doll, wearing clothes and a hat.

Plush doll 

Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking because the clothing on the doll is easily detachable and when removed gives a child full access to the zip containing the stuffing for the doll. If the child were to remove the clothing from the doll and then proceed to open the zip, they have access to the stuffing that can then be placed in their mouth, posing a choking hazard. Additionally, the plastic packaging provided with the doll presents an asphyxiation hazard.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
