The product presents a high risk of injuries as it can reach speeds in excess of the permitted limit and the 250 W maximum allowed power, which can cause the user to lose control and fall. The product also requires improvements to markings and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
