Product description
A black square magnetic lithium-ion battery powered wireless portable power bank. Product is designed to charge a mobile phone device by attaching to the back magnetically

Quad Lock 

Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as it has been identified that the battery may overheat and enter into thermal runaway, causing a fire.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.

Affected consumers are advised to immediately stop using the MAG Battery Pack and complete the Quad Lock form online to participate in the recall. Once the form has been filled in, consumers will be given the option to receive a full refund or store credit.

Once you have lodged your claim, consumers are advised to dispose the battery pack. Owners should not dispose of lithium-ion batteries in normal household waste.
