Hazard
The costume incorporates adjustable elastic drawstrings around the head and neck at an excessively long length. The drawstring in the head / neck area poses a potential risk of strangulation, entrapment and physical injury to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
