The product presents a high risk of injuries as it can reach speeds in excess of the maximum speed limit permissible and the 250 W maximum allowed power. The product also requires improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
