Bookings
Bookings made within 3 days of the booking date must be paid for by credit card over the telephone or in person by all payment methods.
If there is availability it may be possible to book and pay on the day that hire is required.
Bookings can be made in person or by telephone - 01325 405400, 8 days in advance.
We are unable to take booking requests by email.
Refund policy
If you have paid in full at least 3 days before the hire date you may rearrange within 8 days of the original booking date.
Refunds may be considered at the Manager's discretion.
No refunds will be made for bookings made just 24 hours before the hire date.
Every effort will be made to preserve casual and block bookings, including working with the hirer; however occasionally it may be necessary to cancel or change its location due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that a booking is cancelled by the Council, any deposit or other monies paid for or towards the charges for the hiring shall be returned by the Council.
The Council will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the hirer other than the charges paid to the Council for the booking.
Long term booking, cancellation policy
Policy only applicable on bookings of 6 or more consecutive sessions
- Seven (7) days’ notice is required by the Licensee (Hirer) to cancel a single session and be eligible for a refund
- The refund will be equal to (but not in excess of) the value of one (1) session as per the signed Hire Agreement
- If notice is not given as per item 2 then no refund will be provided
Dress code
Sports and fitness, loose comfortable clothing (no jeans) and training shoes.
All cultural requirements will be considered. Please ask at Reception.
Lockers
Our air conditioned dry changing facilities are located on the ground floor providing individual lockers. All lockers take a 20p coin, which is refundable.
There are also ladies and men's shower cubicles and an accessible cubicle with temperature control, along with mirrored areas.
