Eastbourne Sports Complex has two conference and meeting rooms.

We can accommodate from two to 40 people in a range of set-ups, as well as providing equipment and catering.

There is lots of free parking on site and tea and coffee making facilities are available. 

Both rooms can be hired for £21.00 an hour each.

Pavilion

The Pavilion is self-contained and fully accessible with its own toilet facilities, parking and a comfortable meeting room, which can accommodate up to 20 people boardroom-style and 40 people theatre-style.

We can offer tea, coffee, orange juice and biscuits for an additional charge.

Our Pavilion meeting and conference facility is available to hire from:

1 April - 30 September

Monday to Friday: 4pm - 10pm

1 October - 31 March

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 10pm
• Saturday: 12pm - 4:30pm
• Sunday: 9:30am - 5pm

Function Room

The function room is located within the main building of the complex and is fully accessible with free parking.

It is fully air conditioned and can accommodate up to 25 people boardroom-style and 40 people theatre-style.

We can offer tea, coffee, orange juice and biscuits for an additional charge.

It is available for hire:

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 10pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
